The LWML Pledge:
In fervent gratitude for the Saviorâs dying love and His blood-bought gift of redemption, we dedicate ourselves to Him with all that we are and have; and in obedience to His call for workers in the harvest fields, we pledge Him our willing service wherever and whenever He has need of us. We consecrate to our Savior our hands to work for Him, our feet to go on His errands, our voice to sing His praises, our lips to proclaim His redeeming love, our silver and our gold to extend His Kingdom, our will to do His will, and every power of our life to the great task of bringing the lost and the erring into eternal fellowship with Him. Amen.
LWML Mission Statement:
The mission of the Lutheran Womenâs Missionary League is to assist each woman of The Lutheran ChurchâMissouri Synod in affirming her relationship with the Triune God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world.
LWML Vision Statement:
The LWML, the leading group for LCMS women, is the place where each woman is welcomed and encouraged to use her unique God-given gifts as she supports global missions and serves the Lord with gladness.

LWML, or Women in Mission, is a community of everyday women across the LCMSâwhether in congregations, on campuses, or in care homesâwho are dedicated to supporting missions through volunteer service, prayer, and financial gifts like Mite Box offerings. Some gather in groups, others serve individually, but all use their God-given gifts to share Christâs love and support Gospel work around the world.
Our focus is missionsâhence Women in Mission! We provide opportunities for women to grow in faith, learn about how God is at work locally and globally, and actively support that work through service, prayer, and generous giving. Since 1942, Mite Box offerings have helped fund over $100 million in mission grants.
